Alumni Float Trip 7/12-14/2019
What Alumni Float Trip: July 12-14
Alright Floaters, it's that time of the year again. The TKE Float Trip will be the weekend of 7/12-7/14/19 @ Camp Helman in Steelville, Mo. We will be doing the 5 mile float on the Meramec River from Birds Nest, back to Garrisons Resort. We have plenty of room for campers and tents @ Camp Helman. We also have electricity, running water, and the finest outhouse in Crawford County. If more civilized accommodations are needed, you can reserve a cabin at Garrisons Resort, which is a couple of hundred yards down the road. To reserve your raft or canoe, please contact Garrisons Resort. Time: 1:00 p.m. Shotgun Start
Format: 4 person scramble
Price: $70.00 per person
Included: Green Fees, Cart, Bar-B-Que Dinner following Golf, & SKINS:
Non Golfers Dinner cost: $12.00 per person
Drinks are on your own!!!
Tournament will be flighted into two flights(A&B):
1st place in each flight - $100 per team
2nd place in each flight - $80 per team
3 -Closest to the Pin
1- Longest Drive
Make checks payable to Delta Zeta Alumni Association as soon as possible
Also, you can add your $50 yearly dues to the check as well
Just put a note in the memo section of the check - $50 2019 dues

St Jude's Run/Walk 9/21/19
Saturday 9/21/19 is the date for the next run/walk. Many of the DZ chapter at SEMO will be in attendance and would love to see alumni presence as well. You can run, walk, or just watch and hang out with us afterwards for food and drinks at a nearby restaurant. The alumni and chapter are working together to raise funds for such a good cause. To contribute, click the link The DZ chapter and alumni association are participating in the annual St Jude’s Run/Walk to End Childhood Cancer on Saturday, 9/21/19. There are many options to participate in this event: Run or walk the 5k, Walk the 1 mile option, watch others participate, or donate to the cause. After the event, the chapter and alumni plan to hang out at a nearby restaurant. The link below has the details to register or donate to our team goal, which is set at $4,000 to be reach by the end of September. HomeComing 10/26/2019
The annual SEMO homecoming will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019. The TKE tailgate usually takes place near the corner of N Pacific St and Broadway, so keep a lookout for the TKE flag near that area. The Playdium (now called D’Ladiums) will be open at 8:00am for anyone who wants to have a couple of drinks before the parade starts at 9:30am. This is a great opportunity to meet up with both alumni and current members of the DZ chapter. If you plan to stay in Cape Friday and/or Saturday night, be sure to reserve a room as soon as possible, as they will book up quickly due to the popularity of that event. It is always a good time.
